Operation of this tour is dependent upon a safe travel environment and on a minimum of 39 guests. 
Maximum capacity is 53.

Note: This tour is intended for active individuals from 18-75 years of age. Stairs, uneven ground, and cobblestone streets may be expected and extended periods of walking and standing will be experienced. Medical clearance is required for those over 75. Our travel insurance will not cover those 85 or older. Certain exceptions may be made for minors 12-17 who are traveling with at least one parent. To get acquainted with others on the tour, please upload a photo of yourself that will be included in the tour's photo directory. This will be distributed to participants a couple of weeks prior to the tour.

Arrivals:
Participants coming from the US and Canada may need an overnight flight on May 21 to arrive in Tel Aviv (TLV) by May 22.

Participants continuing from the previous tour in Egypt will be included in the group flight from Cairo.

All participants should plan to arrive at the Tel Aviv airport (TLV) by 5:00 pm on May 22. The tour coach will provide transportation to the hotel for the welcome dinner. Those arriving much earlier or later will receive information on where to meet the group. 

Departures:
Everyone should plan to depart from the Tel Aviv airport (TLV) on June 1. Afternoon flights are recommended, if possible, due to the lengthy security protocols in Israel.
